Payment methods

Your order can be paid online, with your card, with full security and without any additional transaction fees.

The card is processed by PlatiOnline.ro; it does not store the card data, instead it sends the transaction data encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD / Maestro cards can be processed. Regardless of the currency of the card, transactions are made in LEI, at the exchange rate of your bank.

The safety of your information is guaranteed by the fact that PlatiOnline does not store your confidential card data, but sends it encrypted over a secure connection to the processing bank. This way your information is safe.

The payment will appear on the account statement under the name CERAMICEANU.

Delivery

Most of the products on the Ceramiceanu website are in stock. If the product you ordered is in stock, the order is processed within a few hours after payment confirmation.

If the product you ordered needs to be made, it takes up to 4 weeks to make it. If you have ordered a product that is not in stock and is to be made to order, your card will be charged for the value of the order.

If, for any reason, there are delays in the execution of the order, this is brought to your attention immediately.

If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be notified immediately and the value of the order will be returned.

In Europe: EuroSender

For both situations, the tracking number is used, which is communicated to you as soon as possible after generation.

The delivery price starts from 20 lei, VAT included. The exact shipping cost is displayed on the site at the Delivery step, as it may vary depending on the products ordered and the destination.

Delivery takes 1-2 working days for shipments in Romania and 4-10 days in Europe.
