Silence is a ceramic work made in the simplest and most natural way: a strip of clay, below it I inserted walnuts in order to obtain the unevenness that gives it the organic appearance and the feeling of smooth movement.
The rupture formed in a quarter of the whole form during the burning I fruited it in a symbolic key representing the attainment of peace. The black thread used to join the broken form represents precisely the attempt, sometimes more difficult, to relive the so desired peace. Things that don't seem to mean much bring peace.

Silence is part of the dissertation work "Dictionary of states", a work that intends to produce emotion in the viewer and a trace of recognition of individual experiences.
Since we are talking about a lyrical rather than a concrete theme, I have tried in the following to define certain elements that come to the aid of finalizing the form and detailing the concept of living.
